Eligibility Requirements

Basic Requirements

To be considered for loan offers through Post Lake Lending, you generally must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Have a valid Social Security Number
• Have an active checking or savings account
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Provide proof of regular income

Income Requirements

Lenders typically require verifiable income from sources such as:

• Employment (W-2 or pay stubs)
• Self-employment income (1099 or bank statements)
• Social Security or disability benefits
• Pension or retirement income

Credit Considerations

Bad credit is considered. We work with lenders who consider applicants across a range of credit profiles. While prequalifying uses a soft credit check, individual lenders will review your credit history when making final lending decisions.

Geographic Restrictions

Post Lake Lending services are currently not available in:

• New York (NY)
• Vermont (VT)
• Arkansas (AR)
• West Virginia (WV)

Lender-Specific Requirements

Each lender in our network has its own eligibility criteria. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee you will receive loan offers or be approved by a lender.
